Principle expands, appoints one

Investor Weekly, 2 September 2002

PRIVATE equity consulting firm, Principle Advisory Services, has appointed an associate director, Lachlan Douglas.

The firm, set up by former Gresham director, Les Fallick, provides advice to all players in the private equity industry and has 12 clients, the bulk of which are managers.

Douglas, who will work part-tiwme until the beginning of 2003, when he will commence full-time, joins Principle from specialist funds management third-party marketing firm, Shed Enterprises.

Fallick said Douglas had been appointed due to the rapid growth in clients for Principle, from two in February to 12 in September. END
